Policing in Lewisham : Some Memories

In 1973 the speaker was the first black constable in Lewisham where he was one of a team on a case of pick pocketing band street robbery known as The Lewisham 24. Born in Dominica, he eventually became a Detective Chief Inspector at New Scotland Yard.
